We are seeking experienced Reliability Engineers to support manufacturing and quality initiatives for CRM products, including pacemakers and leads. In this role, you will provide technical expertise across multiple sites, focusing on manufacturing support, project and program management, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and post-market deliverables are met.
Key responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts. You will recommend design or test methods and statistical process control procedures to achieve required levels of product reliability. The role involves completing risk analysis studies for new designs and processes, compiling and analyzing performance reports and process control statistics, and investigating variables affecting product and process reliability. You will ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and may propose changes in design or formulation to improve system and process reliability.
As a technical specialist, you will deliver and manage projects related to new technologies and therapies, from design through implementation. You may provide guidance, coaching, and training to colleagues, and manage projects or processes within your area. The position requires strong communication skills to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, a master's degree with at least two years of relevant experience, or a PhD. Experience supporting manufacturing, project/program management, CAPA, and cross‑functional collaboration is essential. Onsite work is preferred.
