Job summary

Sierra, part of TJX Companies, seeks a Senior Region Operations Analyst to support store operations across regions. You will analyze data, develop reports, and drive improvements with store teams and Home Office partners.

Key responsibilities include monitoring initiatives, identifying trends, and ensuring consistency in operational processes. Strong analytical and Excel skills are required, with 2–5 years of retail ops experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of Retail Operations Experience.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting to monitor execution of operational initiatives and key metrics.
• Analyze operations, payroll, expenses, inventory, and productivity to spot trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Regions, District Managers, and stores to ensure consistent execution of processes.
• Support store programs and initiatives including inventory, beverage, and shopping cart programs.
• Provide operational insights to leadership for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Senior Region Operations Analyst-Sierra

The Senior Regional Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Sierra's store operations by ensuring operational programs, processes, and initiatives are effectively executed across the business. Working closely with Regional leadership, District Managers, Store teams, and Home Office partners, you will leverage data, reporting, and field insights to identify opportunities, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement. As a trusted liaison between Store Operations and the field organization, you will help align operational priorities with business needs, improving execution, operational effectiveness, and profitable sales growth.

• Develops reporting and analysis to monitor execution of operational initiatives, Standard Operating Procedures, and key business metrics
• Analyzes operational, payroll, expense, inventory, and productivity performance and identifies trends, opportunities, and risks
• Partners with Regions, District Managers, and stores to support consistent execution of operational processes and initiatives
• Supports store programs including; inventory processes, beverage programs, shopping cart programs, cosmetic repair programs, and other store support initiatives
• Supports operational crisis management, business continuity activities, and critical incident follow-up
• Acts as a liaison between Stores, Regions, and Home Office departments including Distribution, Logistics, Transportation, Loss Prevention and GSS to identify and resolve operational issues
• Supports operational execution associated with new store openings, relocations, remodels, and special projects
• Provides operational insights and field feedback to Store Operations leadership to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Performs special projects as assigned.

Who We’re Looking for: You.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of Retail Operations Experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in excel and all other Microsoft Office software
• Strong analytical skills related to interpreting, teaching, and training, and leveraging reporting.

This position has a starting salary range of $85,600.00 to $109,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
