Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Talent Acquisition leader to develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies for assigned business units, manage full life-cycle recruiting, and ensure KPI targets such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire are met.
You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors, optimize processes, train managers in interviewing, and generate reports on recruiting trends to drive continuous improvement nationwide.

Responsible for the development and successful execution of talent acquisition strategies designed to source, attract and hire the best talent for assigned business unit areas. For assigned recruitment portfolio, accountable for the oversight and management of full life-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing and selection strategies and management of vendors ensuring success according to established KPI’s (time to fill, cost per hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, candidate quality, etc.) and compliance with all EEOC/AA, state and federal regulations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Target Pay Range: $87,300.00 to $109,100.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
