Job summary

Job Summary

Responsible for the development and successful execution of talent acquisition strategies designed to source, attract and hire the best talent for assigned business unit areas. For assigned recruitment portfolio, accountable for the oversight and management of full life-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing and selection strategies and management of vendors ensuring success according to established KPI’s (time to fill, cost per hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, candidate quality, etc.) and compliance with all EEOC/AA, state and federal regulations.

Essential Duties
  • Identifies, develops and executes successful recruitment strategies and campaigns designed to attract top talent to the Company.
  • Develops and maintains strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and business leaders to develop plans to secure talent for open positions and assist in developing strategies to manage current and future headcount plans.
  • Identifies, develops, and establishes strong relationships with external organizations and/or vendors including community organizations, third-party agencies, and professional organizations designed to establish effective networks and sourcing channels. Manages assigned external partners and, when needed, negotiates favorable pricing.
  • Accountable for the delivery of high quality candidates for all open positions and designs appropriate selection and interviewing practices to ensure high quality hires.
  • Facilitates and advises line managers in the application of best practices throughout the full life cycle of the recruitment process from the requisition to negotiating an offer.
  • Create reports, analyzes and reports on various Human Resources trends and statistics.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and procedures and leads initiatives to implement improvements as directed..
  • Trains and coaches hiring managers and staff in interviewing and selection skills, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Experience
  • Minimum 5 years talent acquisition experience.
  • Requires experience with recruiting process mapping, recruiting metrics, systems management, vendor relationship management while working within an on-line applicant tracking system.
  • Requires successful hands-on experience in developing and implementing recruiting processes and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Expert in sourcing candidates, defining competencies, interviewing and screening for candidate qualifications and competencies

Target Pay Range: $87,300.00 to $109,100.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data

Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
