We’re looking for a highly driven, strategic Senior Recruiter to power the growth of our Sales organization. This role is focused on identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier sales talent, including high-performance new business development, strong hunters who drive new revenue, as well as account executives who expand and retain business.
Onsite in Coppell, TX. A hybrid work schedule may be offered, but 3 days onsite per week are required.
Work is performed in both a corporate office setting and a remote/home office environment. The role may require: Sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer in either environment Regularly inputting, retrieving, and viewing information on a computer or other digital devices Occasionally standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the workspace Lifting or moving materials such as boxes or packages weighing up to 10 lbs. in an office setting Maintaining a workspace (office or home) that supports safe and effective job performance, including appropriate workstation setup and ergonomics
Compensation Range: $75,300.00 - $130,000.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
