Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Sr. R&D Power Electronics Design Engineer for an onsite role in Andover, MA.

You will lead design and development of advanced power conversion products, guiding them through concept to production while working across the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in power electronics, strong background in DC/DC and AC/DC converters, and hands-on magnetics, PCB layout, and EMC/ EMI considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of power electronics design experience.
• Experience with DC/DC converters, AC/DC converters, VRMs, or bus converters.
• Strong knowledge of switching power supply topologies and control systems.
• Hands-on experience with magnetics design, circuit simulation, PCB layout, and EMC/EMI considerations.
