Job summary

Irving Knight Group is seeking a Senior R&D leader to oversee formulation activities for metalworking fluids and lubricants in Chicago. The role will work directly with customers to customize laboratory projects end-to-end.

The position requires hands-on benchwork, safety protocol mastery, and mentoring of technicians to uphold high training standards and operational excellence. This is a full-time on-site role in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Hands-on formulation or R&D experience with metalworking fluids, lubricants or coatings.
• Experience in product development and product modifications is preferred.

Package:

$110,000-$140,000 Base Salary, 10% bonus & additional benefits.

Irving Knight are partnered with a global multimillion dollar lubricant and metalworking fluid chemical manufacturer. The role will lead the R&D team for formulation and working directly with customers for end to end laboratory customisation.
