The Sr. Quantitative Analyst, within the Grid Analytics department, plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s use of data and analytics to enable smarter, more reliable, and more resilient grid operations. This role focuses on translating advanced analytical models and data science solutions into scalable, production‑ready tools that drive decision‑making across business units and support grid modernization initiatives. Working at the intersection of data science, analytics, and business strategy, the Sr. Quantitative Analyst partners with data scientists and operational stakeholders to operationalize models, integrate data across multiple systems, and deliver analytics solutions that generate measurable business value. This includes scaling analytics products across the enterprise and developing intuitive tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards, applications) that empower end users to act on insights. The role requires strong quantitative and technical skills, combined with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into practical, user‑focused solutions that are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
