Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering environments.
  • Experience in supplier quality or supplier development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify critical-to-quality components and assess risks using FMEA methodologies.
  • Partner with suppliers to strengthen process controls and prevent quality issues.
  • Lead resolution of supplier nonconformances and drive root cause solutions.
  • Execute Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure consistent quality.
  • Perform supplier audits and verify material compliance through inspections.
  • Monitor supplier performance and analyze quality data trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sourcing and quality strategies.
  • Represent supplier insights to internal teams to improve specifications and outcomes.

Your background
