  • Design and execute complex manual test cases covering real‑world user scenarios, business rules, and operational dependencies.
  • Create test data and lead stress and volume testing for high data loads.
  • Build deep operational expertise to identify high‑risk features and define test coverage.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Scrum teams to drive defect triage, resolution, and feature validation for readiness, accuracy, performance, and operational fit.
  • Lead expansion of regression and automated test coverage while strengthening a reliable, scalable test environment.
  • Lead regression, functional, and scenario‑based testing aligned to operational use cases.
  • Lead bug triage, validate hotfixes, confirm regression results, and assess release readiness.
  • Lead UAT with Operations, validating feedback against business requirements and partnering with end users to guide testing and capture input.
  • Mentor QA team members and promote best practices, test discipline, and domain knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Basic to intermediate programming/scripting skills.
  • Ability to understand system architecture, troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Demonstrate willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a quality‑first mindset.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Hands‑on experience with relevant technologies.
  • Leadership experience fostering a team’s growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and operational audiences.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, test strategy, defect management, and release processes.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
