Job summary

Lucid Motors in California seeks a Sr. Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Integration, to help develop and commercialize state‑of‑the‑art electric vehicle systems.

You will build prototype vehicles and subsystems, and collaborate with design engineers to identify potential assembly and service issues in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of automotive experience, is able to multi‑task, travel as needed, and is willing to work overtime or weekends.

As a Sr. Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Integration, you will help develop and commercialize state‑of‑the‑art electric vehicle. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can‑do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience. Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment and be excellent at multi‑tasking.

Your Role:

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job‑related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Pay Range (hourly)

$42 - $58 USD

Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
