Syneos Health is seeking a seasoned clinical project coordinator to support multiple oncology and cardiology studies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive patient engagement, and apply AI-driven automation to improve efficiency in study execution.

The role emphasizes proactive ownership, strong organizational skills, and experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting, with a remote/work-from-home component where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $79,900.00
