What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, communicate, and execute project plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage project budgets and establish project KPIs and metrics
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to configure systems that meet client and business needs
- Communicate project information effectively to stakeholders in both formal and informal settings
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure compliance with business requirements and contractual obligations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
- 8 years of experience in enterprise IT environments in a project management role
- 8 years of experience supporting and deploying Point of Sale (POS) and related hospitality technologies
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex project plans involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technologies clearly
