HNTB Corporation seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for the Choose How You Move program, managing projects end-to-end across Nashville and Denver. You will lead cross-discipline teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery within time and budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

This opportunity entails being responsible managing assigned project(s) throughout their full lifecycle including developing the scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents to participating in contract negotiations and overseeing the delivery of the project plan to successfully accomplish HNTB’s 4 for 4 performance: delivery of quality work, on time, on budget and to the client’s satisfaction on every project.
This position proactively manages the budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications in support of the project’s objectives.
Provides high level technical tasks while managing and reviewing design related specifications, calculations, reports and plans.
Coordinates with internal and external partners including cross-discipline and functional teams to address and problem solve design related issues or concerns.

The approximate pay range for Colorado is $198,656.54 - $317,334.48. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
The approximate nationwide pay range for this position is $180,596.86 - $360,607.36. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
