  • Monitor AI application performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage resource allocation, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent AI projects
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership
Product Certification Project Management (30%)
  • Facilitate product certification projects across various industry standards (UL, CSA, VDE, etc.), coordinating between internal & external teams to drive for on‑time and on‑cost product certifications
  • Coordinate and support CLS BU certification technical leaders in driving process improvements and strengthening relationships with external certification agencies

  • Coordinate innovation pilots, proof‑of‑concept projects, and retrospectives
  • Drive adoption of best practices in project management and engineering processes
Job Requirements

  • Reviewing reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address execution problems.
  • Participating in the development of project schedules, work plans, technical estimates, and design documents.
  • Monitoring project health, safety and integrity through compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
