Keeley Companies in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Sr Project Manager for our Building Group to lead complex construction projects from feasibility through closeout.

You will oversee estimating, scheduling, safety, and coordination with owners, designers, and subcontractors. The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field and at least eight years of experience managing multifamily, retail, healthcare, or education projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience performing PM responsibilities.
• Experience with multifamily, retail, healthcare, education, or similar projects.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic project controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines across multiple teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, design professionals, subcontractors and staff.
• Provide guidance to project engineers, PMs, and field staff to support growth and performance.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and offer value engineering ideas.

Keeley Construction is looking to hire a Sr Project Managerfor our Building Group in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple project teams and plan/schedule multiple projects.Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
• Balancetime between projects, estimating, and business development.
• Maintainpositiveworking relationships with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and other team members. Overseeprojectengineers,assistantprojectmanagers,projectmanagers,andfield staff.Take responsibility for growing and guiding their team’s growth withintheirroles.Opinionsand adviceofthe senior project manageraresought outto overcome challengesand constructability.
• Partakes in proposal meetings to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Maintain all profit and performance responsibility on projects.Strong financial and resource management skillsto forecast project costs, subcontractor outcomes, andidentifyand rectify potential and actual risks associated with their projects.
• Manages the buyout process and theselectionof subcontractors.
• Responsible for all contracts & subcontractor/vendor roles associated with their projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of eight years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.
• Background of technical skills and understanding of multifamily development, retail, healthcare, education, etc. projects.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.
