Job summary

TekWissen Group in the United States seeks a Sr Project Manager for a 14-month remote assignment with a leading American telecommunications client. The role requires coordinating cost-saving initiatives, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks across multiple teams to deliver cabinet, cage, site, and leased-fiber projects.

Candidates should have 5+ years in telecom or project management, a Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of SONET/DWDM/IP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical knowledge of SONET, DWDM, or IP.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong organization, prioritization, data analysis, forecasting, and the ability to adapt, resolve issues, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sr Project Manager coordinates client cost-saving initiatives with minimal supervision, partnering across Test, Grooms, Operations, Planning, and Deployment teams to manage scope, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation for cabinet, cage, site, and leased-fiber consolidation or exit projects.
