Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Brooklyn Jail Project in Brooklyn, NY. You will oversee commercial and/or residential building construction from initiation to completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/Arch, 8+ years construction PM experience, and PMP/OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Supervise site personnel and support field operations to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits, safety audits, and status meetings; manage cost tracking and change orders.
