Visionet Systems in Cranbury, NJ, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to guide clients on using our SaaS platform and lead onboarding for successful adoption.

You will oversee the professional services team, manage budgets and client relationships, and ensure delivery aligns with the product roadmap while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Sr. Project Manager with the following duties:

• 1. Offer expert consultancy to clients, guiding them on using the platform to achieve their business goals.
• 2. Assist in product engineering and design to ensure the SaaS product meets high-quality standards. Lead client on-boarding for seamless platform adoption.
• 3. Coordinate the professional services team's training, development, and performance. Maintain budgets, client relationships, and project planning, design, and pricing.
• 4. Implement best practices and process improvements in the professional services department to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• 5. Develop and refine IT processes for the SaaS model, including development, release management, support, decision-making, KPIs, asset management, and risk management.
• 6. Work with product management, sales, and engineering teams to align service delivery with the product roadmap and customer needs.
• 7. Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the department.
• 8. Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events, acting as a subject matter expert and advocate for the company's products.
• 9. Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability in the professional services team, focusing on delivering value to clients.

Educational requirements: Bachelor of Computer Science or a related field.

2 years of work experience in the offered position or in the alternate job titles of Director, Program Architect, Sr. Software Engineer or related.

Skill sets/Tools and Technologies: 2 years of experience in the following tools and technologies:

Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. The job currently located in Cranbury NJ but may require medium to long term relocation to Pittsburgh, PA or other unanticipated locations in the US.
