Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, plan and control complex projects, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will manage resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.

The role emphasizes PMO governance, rigorous documentation, and collaboration with engineers and clients. A strong track record in trading technology and a PM certification is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7-15+ years’ experience in trading technology and related domains.
• PM certification from PMP, SCRUM or PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing Project Plans, Change Orders, Agendas and Status Reports and revising as appropriate to meet project needs and requirements.
• Identifying resources needed and managing assigned resources.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applying PMO methodology and enforcing project standards.
• Managing multiple projects at once with varying life cycles.
• Tracking risks, hardware and personnel.
• Collaborating with engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring project documents are complete, current and stored and billed appropriately.
• Participate in onsite client meetings as needed.

Overview

The Project Management area is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 7-15+ years’ experience in trading technology: Infrastructure, Telcom, Managed Service Provider, Risk, Clearing, Trade Execution, ISV, Fix Protocol or Market Data Platforms
• Hands on technical skills with exposure to a wide variety of infrastructure and application technologies to include: network infrastructure, server operating systems, storage area networks, application monitoring systems, configuration & change management systems
• Project Management certification from PMP, SCRUM or PRINCE2 a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong oral presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in the Computer Sciences, IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience
• For this role, we anticipate paying $122,000K-$145,000K annually. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
