Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Project and Development Services team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead complex construction and real estate projects from initiation to completion, coordinating clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a bachelor's or equivalent in related fields, 7+ years of PM experience, and strong budgeting, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Budgeting and financial tracking on large projects.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings, space planning, and furniture specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Procore.
• Willingness to travel.
