You will coordinate with design teams, manage submittals, and oversee quality control across multiple phases on the Long Beach Marina Shores project.
The role requires a degree in a related field, several years in residential/commercial construction, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

The Senior Project Engineer, Multifamily Construction, is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in reviewing development or redevelopment activities and performing day-to-day construction assignments. You’re able to interact effectively with senior executives. You keep a cool head while managing multiple projects under time constraints and other constraints. The property is located in Long Beach, along PCH between the San Gabriel River and Los Cerritos Channel, adjacent to Alamitos Bay and the Naples Channels.

Base compensation range from $120,000 to $130,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a bonus incentive in addition to the base salary.
