Teams are carefully staffed, work‑life balance is prioritized, and our people are seen as long‑term assets.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Stay current during the construction process by accurately documenting project updates, as well as maintaining numerous logs and documenting changes as needed
  • Using strong negotiation skills, establish the appropriate purchasing plan, and make solid and timely decisions for the company and the project during the buyout process
  • Support the Superintendent, who is the primary person responsible for the project schedule, post the monthly schedule, and take appropriate action to maintain or improve schedule whenever possible

  • Facilitate Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings, generating agenda and minutes
  • Submit owner pay applications correctly and timely
  • Maintain open communication with subcontractors. Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders, and process change orders as necessary
  • Ensure conformity with contract documents and scope of work, as well as address issues of underperformance if it arises
Skills & Qualifications:
  • People and project management skills and abilities
  • Refined organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks for self, team, and projects
  • Outstanding communication skills (listening, presenting, interpersonal and written)
  • Advanced mathematics and reasoning ability, and strong negotiating skills
  • Experience preferably with a general contractor
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably within the Construction Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with (or ability to learn) Procore
