Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Boston is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to lead interior design on complex corporate spaces. You will develop documents, drawings and diagrams to meet client goals throughout the project lifecycle.

You will execute the full design process from concept through construction, work with teams and consultants, and present mood and material concepts. The role requires CRE experience, strong collaboration, and a proactive, creative approach.

Qualifications

• At least four years of design experience within the commercial real estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related discipline or field, or Bachelor’s in another major with Interior Design Certification.
• Space planning experience using Revit.
• Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, plus the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating Audio Visual and other specialty consultants.
• Understand, document, and confirm client goals and objectives, including design outcomes, space needs, project budget, and needs for measurable outcomes.
• Data collection: gather data from client and stakeholders through programming, surveys, focus groups, charrettes, benchmarking.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 63,750.00 - $75,000.00
