Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule – developing the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure accurate, appropriate, and effective plan is established for the scope of work. Perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule related metrics. Reviews and implements IMS coding, outlining structures and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices. Depending upon the size and complexity of the effort, this role will be the lead scheduler/planner on a larger/more complex effort or responsible for multiple smaller efforts.
Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance and scholarship programs, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and incentive compensation programs.
