This role is responsible for ensuring that every assigned unit is delivered to schedule, built to the correct configuration, and ready for customer shipment according to committed delivery timelines. Acting as the on-the-floor link between program planning and manufacturing execution, the Sr. Program Manager of Delivery Assurance will coordinate across operations, materials, quality, test, engineering, master data, and program leadership to keep production moving to plan.

The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing execution, supply chain, operations, project/program management, ERP, and delivery assurance experience. This person must be highly comfortable operating in a fast-paced factory environment, driving accountability, removing blockers, escalating risks, and providing transparent daily visibility to Large Program Execution leadership and Product Manager teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Tower Delivery Ownership
  • Serve as the execution owner for an assigned manufacturing tower or product line dedicated to a specific client.
  • Own day-to-day delivery performance across assigned builds, ensuring units are completed on schedule, to quality expectations, and in the correct configuration.
  • Maintain clear visibility into all active builds within the assigned product scope.
  • Track work-in-progress against customer required dates, committed delivery milestones, and production plans.
  • Identify at-risk builds early and drive recovery actions with the appropriate cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain ownership of open actions until closure.
Daily Build Schedule Management
  • Maintain and manage the daily build schedule for assigned product lines, including Power, UPS, PDU, XDU, Thermal, or related data center manufacturing products.
  • Coordinate with Production Supervisors to align labor, machine time, production capacity, and test bay availability.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and identify constraints that may impact customer delivery.
  • Drive action-oriented alignment across production, materials, test, quality, and engineering teams.
  • Ensure ordered items are configurable in ERP and aligned to purchase order requirements.
  • Escalate schedule risks, delivery issues, and resource constraints to factory leadership and program leadership as needed.
Material Readiness & ERP Coordination
  • Validate that all components, subassemblies, and required materials are available before build start.
  • Partner with Materials, Master Data, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to resolve shortages, alternates, incorrect attributes, or ERP configuration issues.
  • Confirm that BOM revisions used in the factory match current released versions.
  • Coordinate with Engineering for design clarifications, part substitutions, and manufacturing readiness questions.
  • Manage and support material staging areas to enable lean flow to production.
  • Help prevent production delays caused by missing materials, incorrect master data, BOM issues, or configuration mismatches.
Cross-Functional Execution & Issue Resolution
  • Serve as the on-the-floor link between program planning and manufacturing execution.
  • Coordinate across operations, materials, quality, test, engineering, product management, and program leadership.
  • Drive daily alignment around production priorities, schedule risks, quality issues, material constraints, and customer delivery expectations.
  • Foster close working relationships between operators, planners, engineers, supervisors, and program stakeholders.
