This is a builder's role: the Program Manager will take the program from day one through delivery, owning an aggressive milestone‑based schedule and turning plans into results. We're looking for someone who thrives in a start‑up environment, takes ownership without waiting to be asked, and knows how to drive a geographically dispersed team of technical and functional leads to on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances. Approximate range of $180,000 - $270,000, subject to change based on the factors listed above.
