Boehringer Ingelheim invites applications for a Senior Professional Services Vet, Pets based in central CT to central MA. You will lead technical education for Boehringer personnel and external customers on BIAH products, delivering training via ride-alongs and presentations to support goals.
The role involves developing internal/external training initiatives, presenting at seminars, and possibly supervising other professionals.
The base salary range for this position is $165,600 to $248,400. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. The Senior Professional Services Vet, Pets will be responsible for the technical education of Boehringer personnel, as well as external customers, with respect to specific BIAH products and their beneficial role in managing health and quality of life int he species, as well as providing technical expertise to internal/external customers pertaining to animal health and well-being. The incumbent will be expected to develop and implement internal and external training and educational initiatives and serve as subject matter experts for internal and external customers. Technical education will be provided via ride-along with Sales Representatives and through facilitation of technical presentations in various formal and informal forums to support BIAH goals and objectives. These forums include, but are not limited to, lunch and dinner meetings, technical wet-labs, distributor training, and local, regional, and national veterinary schools.
The Senior Professional Services Vet, Pets will also conduct presentations including in-clinic seminars and presentations outside of the clinic at venues such as local and national veterinary medical associations. The incumbent may also manage team members of professional service veterinarians or other technical professionals.
