Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, SaaS administration, or enterprise application engineering.
• 3+ years managing Asana at large scale (1000+ users) with global configuration and governance.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (SSO/SAML, SCIM) and integrations with Okta or Entra ID.
• Experience with APIs, REST webhooks, scripting (Python/JavaScript), and automation platforms like Workato or Zapier.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and lead platform enablement.

You will oversee the platform’s architecture, partner closely with stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet business needs, and lead initiatives to improve adoption and efficiency. As a key subject matter expert, you will manage integrations, automations, and security, while leading training efforts to develop confident, self-sufficient teams. Your work will shape the future of enterprise productivity, fostering clarity, accountability, and operational excellence.

Required Skills:

• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, SaaS administration, or enterprise application engineering.
• At least 3 years managing Asana at a large scale (multi-team, 1000+ users), including global configuration and governance.
• Deep expertise in Asana’s core and advanced features: organization structure, custom fields, rules, templates, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, including SSO/SAML, SCIM, and integrations with Okta or Entra ID.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, REST webhooks, scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), and workflow automation platforms like Workato or Zapier.
• Proven ability to collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and lead platform enablement.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in rolling out or maturing Asana and Unito within high‑growth, cloud‑native, or engineering‑heavy organizations.
• Knowledge of SaaS governance, change management, and release practices.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau.
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR).
• Certifications or demonstrated expertise in adjacent fields like ITIL, project management, or business analysis.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years managing enterprise SaaS platforms with hands‑on Asana administration.
