You will execute daily production plans, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement across shifts. The role focuses on leading operations, planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.

The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.
TheSr Production Supervisorleads and develops a team of manufacturing technicians in a highvolume, highprecisionFormFactor semiconductorfabenvironment. This roleis responsible forexecuting daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement across assigned shifts or production areas.
Lead daily manufacturing operations to meetthroughput, quality, cost, and cycletimeobjectives.
Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including yield, equipmentutilization, scrap, and ontime delivery.
Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issuesimpactingsafety, quality, or output.
Directly supervise and develop a team ofmanufacturing technicians and operators.
Conduct daily shift meetings, performance checkins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
Execute hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.
Complete formal performance reviews and succession development planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Enforce compliance withsafety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards.
Ensure adherence toISO, quality system, andfaboperating procedures.
Participate in audits, corrective actions, and rootcause investigations.
Champion safe work practices and immediate response to safety incidents.
Identifyopportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time usingLean / Six Sigma principles.
Lead kaizen events, standard work creation, and process improvement initiatives.
Partner crossfunctionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.
Serve as the primary point of coordination between technicians, engineers, and management.
Communicate production status, risks, and corrective actions clearly and proactively.
Support change management initiatives and implementation of new tools or processes.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience| Required
$104,600.00 - $137,235.00
This role in Livermore, California pays between $104,600.00 and $137,235.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
