Henri's Bakery & Deli is seeking a Sr. Production Baker with a focus on:

Position Summary

Henri's Bakery and Deli has been an Atlanta institution for over 90 years. We have significant growth opportunities, including expanding into new verticals like catering. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Production Baker skilled in mixing and baking breads.

Core Responsibilities

• Day shift working with the production team on bread production activities
• Managing the entire process from start to finish for various scratch bread products
• Maintaining cleanliness of work stations, coolers, and freezers
• Assisting with other production tasks such as organization and packaging
• Developing and improving processes, workflows, and equipment
• Supporting operational activities including inventory, ordering, and sanitation
• Coordinating maintenance with vendors
• Training staff on procedures and onboarding new team members
• Managing the production schedule

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 4 years of bread baking experience, preferably in high-volume environments
• Understanding of bakery operations and processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and schedules
• Comfortable working in warm and cool environments
• Ability to tolerate allergens such as peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, and soy
• Team player willing to go above and beyond
• Culinary training preferred but not required
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Working Environment

Work will be in our bread production facility located in Smyrna.
