The Sr. Production Associate I is responsible for operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision and care, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met, while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace is fundamental to this role. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Filtration and Melt Blown Cartridge Manufacturing team located in Timonium, MD and will be an on-site role.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent);
• 2 or more years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or equivalent;
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations), working effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time. Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with:

• Machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks
• Computer proficiency
• Quality Inspection

Shift hours:

D-Shift - 7:00pm-7:00am Thursdays PM - Sundays AM, and every other Wednesday PM - Thursdays AM.

The hourly range for this role is $21.00/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
