Cisco is seeking a Product Marketing leader to own Cisco Smart Cameras, connecting them with wireless networking, security, cloud software, and AI analytics. You will craft positioning, go-to-market plans, demonstrations, and content that translates technical value into customer outcomes.

Cisco Networking Product Marketing connects networking, security, IoT, and intelligent video technologies to the needs of enterprise customers and the teams that serve them. The team works across product management, engineering, sales, customer‑facing teams, field and campaign marketing, communications, and digital channels to build product stories and go‑to‑market programs. Lead product marketing for Cisco Smart Cameras and its integration with wireless networking, security, assurance, cloud‑managed software, and intelligent video capabilities. Develop positioning, go‑to‑market plans, demonstrations, content, executive briefing materials, website experiences, and field enablement that connect technical product value to customer outcomes. Own key product marketing initiatives end to end, from strategy and planning through execution. Proactively drive alignment, identify gaps, resolve blockers, and bring structure to complex or ambiguous work. Use product, pipeline, and marketing data to guide priorities, support launches, and improve adoption across executive, technical practitioner, sales, partner, and customer audiences. Success means clear differentiation, high‑quality launches, stronger customer understanding and purchase intent, and measurable contribution to pipeline and portfolio growth.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $154,900.00 to $225,300.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate’s hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
