Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to align the vision and roadmap for 3P construction and facilities management products used to scale Amazon's grocery footprint. You will partner with store development, facilities, store ops, finance, and tech teams while consolidating the 3P product suite.

You will own contracts and software budgets, drive adoption, translate customer needs into requirements, and define KPIs to measure impact across a growing enterprise portfolio.

The WWRGD team is responsible for the strategic planning, acquisition, design, construction, launch, and maintenance of Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores' real estate assets. This includes Whole Foods Market, Amazon Grocery Stores, and Amazon Grocery Logistics.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to align the vision and set the roadmap for 3P construction and facilities management products that are used to scale Amazon's grocery footprint and maintain the fleet of existing stores. This role will heavily partner with store development, facilities, store ops, finance, and tech partners while driving the consolidation of our 3P product suite. Additionally, this role will also manage the and contracts and software budgets of 3P tools. This role will directly impact the long term strategy and success of Amazon's grocery ventures. Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience in relevant finance roles
  • Experience in construction or project management, or experience in facilities management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
