As Senior Product Manager – Technical, you'll define and execute the product strategy for how Amazon surfaces order-related information to customers — ensuring the right details reach the right surface at the right moment. You'll own the end-to-end Order Details experience, determining what information customers need to see, when they need to see it, and how it's organized to help them manage their purchases with confidence. This is a highly strategic role shaping experiences that touch every Amazon customer multiple times per order, driving significant attributed sales and customer engagement. You'll drive the evolution of how order information is organized, prioritized, and presented as our post-purchase experience transforms from a static record into an intelligent, adaptive system that understands customer context and intent. Success requires deep cross-functional thinking to align with Amazon's evolving retail business: you'll collaborate with partner teams across Amazon to understand their information needs, define the taxonomy of order attributes that matter to customers, and ensure the post-purchase experience adapts to emerging use cases across the surfaces where customers need them most. The role requires proven ability to orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives, strategic vision combined with execution excellence, exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences, and the ability to translate ambiguous information architecture challenges into frameworks that guide organizational strategy. You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who can effectively communicate ideas and drive decision-making for audiences up to and including VPs. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting, are comfortable with ambiguity, and can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently while making data- and customer-driven decisions about what information to surface, where, and when.
We're a scrappy, low-ego crew that thrives on turning ambiguity into impact. We move fast, ship big, and take pride in delivering outsized value. Our work lives in uncharted territory where no one's built the map yet, so we roll up our sleeves, seek truth relentlessly, and build frameworks that bring clarity to chaos. If you love cracking hard problems with brilliant teammates who check their egos at the door, you'll fit right in. We work hard, laugh often, and build experiences touching hundreds of millions of customers. Come join the fun!
