Job summary

NetApp StorageGRID Product Manager role to drive growth acceleration, developing strategies and processes to scale our enterprise object storage solution. You will lead with other product managers, technical marketing engineers, and engineering to drive outcomes.

This role collaborates across teams, engages with customers and partners, performs competitive analysis, and creates compelling technical content to showcase StorageGRID’s capabilities at events and in marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, technical marketing, or related field within cloud, storage or hi-tech.
• Experience with Public Cloud Services, enterprise customer adoption of new services, hybrid cloud migration, enterprise workloads.
• Demonstrated ability in creating technical content and presenting persuasively to both technical and executive audiences.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events as necessary.
• Experience with public cloud tools, growth practices and processes.
• Knowledge of building and monitoring key performance indicators to give visibility into leading and lagging trackers.
• Familiarity with Object Storage, Data Lakes, AI/ML, SDLC, security practices and other technologies pertinent to enterprise workloads.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Significant experience (12+ years) in product management, technical marketing, or a related field within the cloud, storage or hi-tech.
Profound knowledge of Public Cloud Services, enterprise customer adoption of new services, hybrid cloud migration, enterprise workloads.
Demonstrated ability in creating technical content and presenting persuasively to both technical and executive audiences.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events as necessary.

Education & Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with public cloud tools, growth practices and processes.
Knowledge of building and monitoring key performance indicator to give visibility into leading and lagging trackers.
Familiarity with Object Storage, Data Lakes, AI/ML, software development life cycle, security practices and other technologies pertinent to enterprise workloads.

Education:

Bachelor's Computer Science, or related technical discipline, required. Masters in related technical discipline or business required.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 196,350 - 292,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
