Job summary

GEICO in Richardson, TX seeks an accomplished Principal Product Manager to lead the IAM platform strategy. You will partner with engineering, security, and business teams to define and execute a roadmap balancing security with user experience.

You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle, translate security requirements into actionable features, and measure impact with KPIs to ensure scalable, compliant IAM services across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with Identity and Access Management focus
• Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC)
• Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E)
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align roadmaps to security requirements
• Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Evolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO's IAM platform (authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, identity lifecycle)
• Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable features
• Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities
• Prioritize features based on risk, impact, and effort using data and stakeholder input
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to keep IAM modern and compliant
• Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and measurement
• Influence executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomes
• Mentor junior product managers within the IAM domain
• Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize IAM services for usability and risk reduction
