About the Team

The Finance Data North Star is a horizontal product team charged with driving the modernization and evolution of the Finance data ecosystem. The team is investing in building the data capabilities that empower Finance to produce, consume, and manage data throughout the data lifecycle to power a broad array of artificial intelligence and financial reporting to the lines of business, regulators, and investors.

As a Senior Manager in the Finance Data CoE, you'll own a function or data product end-to-end, not inherit a process, but build the operating model from scratch and run it: whether that's standing up a single point of contact between our team and an upstream data-providing group, or carrying a new data product through our internal approval process to formal sign-off. You'll define what the function actually delivers, build the repeatable process behind it, and apply it against real, often retroactive gaps rather than theoretical ones. This work spans across the enterprise, in rooms with teams you don't manage, so you won't have formal authority beyond your own team. What matters more is the ability to set priorities, discover internal requirements that shape what's actually needed, and get groups with different goals moving in the same direction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

• Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
