Falcon Complete is CrowdStrike’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service, and it runs on a set of purpose-built internal tools that our analysts depend on every hour of every day. We’re seeking an experienced, technical Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for the internal platforms that power Falcon Complete’s operations — including our AI-native investigation and triage tooling, customer ticketing and case management systems, and the analyst workbench used to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at scale. This is an internal-facing, operations-focused Product Management role. You will be the product voice of the SOC, Falcon Complete analyst and customer excellence teams, translating their workflow needs into a roadmap that improves detection & response speed, investigation quality, analyst efficiency, and customer outcomes. Here, your customers are the analysts, engineers, and operational leaders who deliver the service. You will work in close coordination with the Global Senior Manager, Product Management for Falcon Complete, and with Falcon Complete senior leadership, to ensure the internal capabilities roadmap converges into the broader Falcon Complete vision and strategy. You will work closely with engineering, data science, Falcon Complete operations leadership, analysts, security advisors, and other product managers across the platform to define and deliver tooling that scales MDR operations without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing the urgency of a 24/7 security operations environment with the discipline of a durable product roadmap, and will know when to drive decisions independently versus when to loop in senior stakeholders for alignment.

CrowdStrike was founded in 2011 to fix a fundamental problem: The sophisticated attacks that were forcing the world’s leading businesses into the headlines could not be solved with existing malware-based defenses. Founder George Kurtz realized that a brand new approach was needed — one that combines the most advanced endpoint protection with expert intelligence to pinpoint the adversaries perpetrating the attacks, not just the malware. There’s much more to the story of how Falcon has redefined endpoint protection but there’s only one thing to remember about CrowdStrike: We stop breaches.
