Gradian is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Commissioning and Services portfolio across data center markets. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle decisions, coordinating with engineering, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches and sustained portfolio growth.

The role requires ownership of factory witness testing, field startup, aftermarket parts, and service programs, with close collaboration across teams to deliver floor-ready solutions.

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in a hardware, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex, engineered products end-to-end.

Position Summary:

The Senior Product Manager - Commissioning and Services is responsible for defining and executing product strategy across Gradian Thermal Solutions' Commissioning and Services portfolio. This role will lead roadmap development, guide new product development, and ensure alignment between data center customer needs, engineering execution, and business objectives.

• Background supporting engineered-to-order or configurable product platforms
• Experience working with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise data center, or other mission-critical customers
