ESRI is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Redlands, California to enhance ArcGIS Online through improved governance and decision-making processes. As a Senior Product Manager on the ArcGIS Online team, you will help us scale by strengthening the governance, process, and coordination that align us with stakeholders, connected to customers and colleagues, and able to deliver enhancements and new features end to end.
Your focus is to build operating mechanisms that turn market signals, customer insights, and ideas into clear, collaborative decisions that are documented and executed. By making opportunity framing, prioritization, and communication more consistent, you will help the team move faster, improve roadmap confidence, and ensure the customer voice is represented.
This role is based in Redlands and is a hands‑on individual contributor position. You will partner closely with product development leads, engineering, program management, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders to drive clarity in ambiguous areas and keep initiatives aligned on scope and intent.
Collectively, the following responsibilities focus on improving idea intake and decision clarity, coordinating cross‑cutting requirements, representing consistent customer priorities, turning usage data into decision‑ready insight, and aligning PM, development, and marketing teams as ArcGIS Online continues to scale.
