AppFolio is seeking a Resident Concierge Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end customer experience for the moving process, helping residents set up internet, utilities, and home services. This role focuses on making the experience delightful for residents and efficient for the teams that run it, while accelerating growth.

The position requires 5+ years of product management experience and a strong product sense, with a high degree of ownership and communication skills.

The Resident Concierge Senior Product Manager will make the moving experience easier for millions of residents by owning the end-to-end customer experience, helping them set up internet, utilities, and home services. Compensation & Benefits

The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $138,400k - $173,000 base pay. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
