Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced product owner for payments and corporate integrations, including the Xstore platform. You will drive the roadmap, manage key vendor relationships, and own the backend integration layer with loyalty, gift cards, tax, and ERP systems.

You will partner with Oracle teams on Xstore migration, define requirements, and maintain a structured backlog for this domain. A strong, cross-functional collaboration mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating product roadmaps for payments and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on with Oracle Xstore or similar enterprise POS platforms, backend focus.
• Experience with payment processors and PCI DSS, EMV, tokenization.
• Experience integrating corporate systems into a POS or retail platform (loyalty, gift card, tax, CRM).
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

• Escalates incidents and communicates updates to leadership.
