Job summary

CDW is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the salesperson experience across enterprise workflows, onsite in Wisconsin and centered on building high-quality experiences within Salesforce.

You will partner with Research, Product Management, and Engineering to reduce friction from discovery through launch and implementation, helping sellers manage accounts, configure and price solutions, develop quotes, and move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years or 9+ years of design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong craft across complex workflows.
• Experience leading design from discovery to implementation.
• Ability to work within technical/platform constraints with developers.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence decisions.

CDW is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the salesperson experience across enterprise workflows. The role is onsite in Wisconsin and centers on building high-quality product experiences primarily within Salesforce. You will partner with Research, Product Management, and Engineering to reduce friction from discovery through launch and implementation, helping sellers manage accounts, configure and price solutions, develop quotes, and move opportunities forward.

Compensation for this position is $125,000 to $137,000 per year, depending on experience and skill set. Responsibilities

• Own design from discovery to launch, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver consistent, coherent, and distinctly CDW experiences.
• Design high-quality experiences within Salesforce using strong interaction, visual, content, information architecture, and accessibility craft that fits platform capabilities and constraints.
• Partner with a dedicated UX Researcher to understand seller needs and behaviors, then synthesize research, analytics, feedback, and business context to inform design decisions.
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to shape product decisions, balancing coworker, business, and technical considerations while turning insights into practical solutions.
• Build alignment through clear design rationale, storytelling, facilitation, and collaboration across a large organization.
• Design beyond individual features by anticipating dependencies, edge cases, and downstream impacts across seller workflows and connected systems.
• Stay engaged through implementation by partnering with developers to resolve questions and constraints, adapting designs when needed while preserving intent and experience quality in production.
• Navigate ambiguity and evolving ways of working, bringing structure where helpful and remaining flexible on roles, process, and how work moves forward.
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to evaluate and improve production experiences, identifying opportunities that improve seller and business outcomes.
• Support the broader design practice through peer collaboration and critique.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of design experience, or 9+ years of design experience.
• Portfolio/work samples showing strong design craft and judgment across complex, interconnected workflows, including connecting design decisions to user and business outcomes.
• Experience leading design independently from discovery through implementation in partnership with Research, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Ability to work effectively within technical and platform constraints, partnering with developers to make thoughtful tradeoffs while maintaining experience intent and quality.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, influence product decisions, and collaborate across team and organizational boundaries.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and design systems.

Preferred Qualifications
