Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sr Prod Scheduling Coordinator to lead detailed production scheduling, align material availability, and coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to meet delivery targets.

You will report to the Production Manager and work onsite, driving data-driven decisions to optimize throughput and minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong knowledge of production planning principles and supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems to manage production workflows effectively.
• Ability to analyze production data and adjust schedules to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.

Job Description

As a Sr Prod Scheduling Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. Your expertise will help optimize resource allocation, streamline workflow, and support cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer demands.

You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities by ensuring that production schedules are accurate, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
