Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Support SAW R&D engineering and process integration through collaboration.
  • Assist with Si wafer processing of SAW R&D material on production equipment.
  • Logistics/shipping of R&D material for evaluation and analysis.
  • Partner with Process Development and Process Integration to determine methods or actions to remedy device marginalities and defects.
  • Utilize SEM, XSEM, FIB, AFM, Profilometry, and Ellipsometry tools.

This role supports SAW R&D engineering and process integration activities through hands-on wafer processing, production equipment support, material logistics, and collaboration with engineering teams. The position will help evaluate and troubleshoot R&D material, address device performance issues and defects, and use analytical tools to support process development and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Support SAW R&D engineering / process integration activities through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Assist with Si wafer processing of SAW R&D material on production equipment.
  • Logistics / Shipping of R&D material for evaluation and analysis
  • Partner with Process Development and Process Integrationtodetermine methods or actions to remedy device marginalities and defects.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of SEM, XSEM, FIB, AFM, Profilometry, and Ellipsometry tools.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of Semiconductor experience or an equivalent amount of education and experience.
  • Proficient with factory automation systems (FPS, EMS, Opscenter, Camline, Nugget).
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
  • Must be able to safely work inside a cleanroom and be able to lift 15 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred or a related discipline
