A global travel management company in the United States is seeking a Sr. Process Manager responsible for analyzing and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency within operational teams. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in process management and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Sr. Process Manager has a solid background in processing management or operations management. The role will analyze, map, and optimize organizational workflows to improve efficiency and productivity for our front-line operation teams. Identify bottlenecks, document current/future states using flowcharting tools, and implement improvements. Key responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, and standardizing operations.
