The UX Engineer will ensure that DAG AI capabilities are designed around the actual workflows, cognitive needs, and technical proficiency of DAG users. The role will translate mission requirements into intuitive interfaces and workflows that minimize user burden, reduce unnecessary interaction, and enable users to effectively understand, validate, and act upon AI-generated information.
The UX Engineer will conduct user research and workflow analysis, create prototypes, design interfaces, and work directly with software and AI engineers to implement and continuously improve user-facing capabilities. Emphasis will be placed on explainability, user trust, human-in-the-loop interactions, information presentation, and minimizing "click-ops" for both user-facing and operational workflows.
Salary Range: $141,000 - $317,000
