Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist to lead negotiations, risk management, and governance for the Mission Systems SCS team. This onsite role requires coordinating with Law, Programs, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Engineering to secure favorable terms with suppliers.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with extensive experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. SAP experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, contracts, law, or related field (or Master's with 6+ years).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Experience with FAR/DFARS; strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
  • Experience leading negotiations or drafting terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and agreements with suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage risk, compliance, and governance across procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with Law, Programs, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
