You will drive architecture, schematic design, PCB layout, bring‑up, validation and production, with an onsite work model. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of next-generation networking hardware.
We are looking for an engineer who combines deep technical expertise with exceptional ownership and execution. You should be comfortable operating at both the system‑architecture level and the detailed board‑design level. You are a team player with high energy, extreme focus, and a strong sense of urgency. You take ownership, are willing to dive deep into difficult technical problems, and consistently drive projects to completion. You should be someone who can take an ambiguous problem, define the architecture, make the necessary engineering tradeoffs, execute the design, and ultimately deliver a production‑ready system. You understand that at extreme levels of performance and density, electrical, thermal, mechanical, and system architecture cannot be designed independently. The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 181,000 - 367,000 in California. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
