A leading technology firm in Reading, PA is seeking a Sr. Principal Architect with over 20 years of experience in software development and architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB, as well as leadership capabilities to mentor a team of engineers. This long-term W2 position requires on-site presence 2-3 days a week and is open to all visa types.
